We’ll pick you up directly from your accommodation in one of our 4×4 off-road vehicles, including the iconic Land Rover 110, and take you on a breathtaking journey to experience the volcano in all its glory during sunset.

The tour was honestly amazing, I loved every minute of it. Matteo explained everything so clearly and he and the driver were so nice with us, taking pictures and all. I learned so much during this tour and the sunset was the cherry on top, I definitely would recommend it.

We had a wonderful excursion in Sicily, starting with a smooth pick-up from our hotel. Everything was well organized and hassle-free, which made it very pleasant. The excursion itself was both interesting and enjoyable, and we felt very well taken care of throughout the afternoon and evening.
Sergey was our driver and arranged everything perfectly, while David guided us up Mount Etna. He shared fascinating facts and engaged well with the group’s questions, which made the experience even more enriching.
We joined the Sunset Tour — unfortunately the sun was “kidnapped” by clouds that evening, but of course that’s beyond anyone’s control, and it didn’t make the tour any less special for us.

Are there any additional costs?

Absolutely not! We only offer "all inclusive" trips. There are no nasty surprises during the tour; no hidden costs or entrance fees which have to be paid separately, for the listed program.

What clothing is recommended for this tour?

Recommended clothing varies depending on the season:

From November to March
We recommend a winter jacket, long trousers, a warm hat and sturdy waterproof shoes.

From April to May
Weather and temperatures can be very different, so we recommend layered winter clothing and trainers.

From June to September
The weather and temperatures are pleasant, we recommend a T-shirt, trousers or shorts, sneakers. (In any case, it is recommended to have a light jacket with you in case of wind)

What happens in case of bad weather?

Weather conditions are monitored daily and in the event of a thunderstorm you will be contacted to cancel or postpone the tour. In case of cancellation or impossible postponement, we will refund (if the tour has been paid in advance).

How can I cancel my booking?

It is possible to cancel the booking through our APP, through the booking section of the website or by email. Cancellations by phone or SMS / WhatsApp are not possible.

Is it possible to carry luggage during the tour?

Due to the limited space, it is not possible to carry luggage like suitcases or big backpacks during the tour. You can bring a small backpack with the items you need for the tour.

Is the Jeep Tour suitable for families with kids?

Yes absolutely, the Jeep Tour is suitable for everyone and includes an easy but impressive walk about 45 min. In fact, the jeep tour is one of the most popular tours among families with children.

Is there a way to buy something to eat or to drink during the Tour?

Yes, at the end of the tour we will have a quick stop in a Mountain Chalet /Cafè. There you will have the possibility to buy some panini or something to drink.

How many passengers will fit in one vehicle?

We have space for 6 - 8 passengers per vehicle. The number of passengers per vehicle can change due to the current covid restrictions.

Do we need special equipment for the tour?

No, you don’t need special equipment. You should wear appropriate clothes according to the weather and season. The guide will provide the helmets and flashlights for the lava cave visit and he will also provide, on request, trekking poles.
